This is a great tool to discover your unique talents and go in depth on your greatest assets. I use CliftonStrengths as a career coaching tool to help my clients take ownership of their strengths and learn how to effectively market their value to potential employers. Job Search / Career Pivot Strategies:

This coaching session will focus on “how to get started”. Whether you are an established professional, recent college graduate, early careerist, or changing careers we can discuss ways to begin an effective job search and create an action plan. We will discuss online job search tools and resources, how to develop an effective network, ways to research companies, and how to use social media to develop an online presence.

Career Clarity Coaching Session:

This coaching session will focus on self-reflection and discovery. If you are feeling "stuck" and needing guidance on exploring your career purpose, interests and values this session will provide a space for discussion, brainstorming and identifying strategies for career exploration.
This session may entail a discussion based on results of a recommended assessment (i.e CliftonStrengths, Strong Interest Inventory)

Personal Branding Session:

We will discuss effective strategies to help build your brand online and offline based on your career goals. You'll learn how to leverage LinkedIn to build your online presence.

Interview Coaching | Mock Interview:

Nail your next job interview! We will discuss effective interview strategies and I will coach you on how to articulate your strengths, how to respond to common questions, and strategies for responding to behavioral - based questions.

You will receive feedback on tone of voice, body language, articulating your strengths and points of marketability, how you respond to "tell me about yourself" and how you address the salary question.  We will work through strategies on how to articulate your transferable skills and key strengths that qualify you for the position and give you a competitive edge.

LinkedIn Optimization:

We will work together in creating a professional, industry targeted and marketable LinkedIn profile. I will show you how to maximize the use of this social media platform to expand your professional network, explore careers, build an online presence and manage your job search.

Resume Service Package:

We will discuss the goal and purpose of your resume as it aligns to your targeted audience. I will support you in creating a tailored resume to highlight your most relevant skills, marketability, accomplishments and experience.

I will provide strategies on how to write an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) friendly resume and how to customize your resume for future positions.  * Please note that I do not provide resume rewrites we will edit your resume together! This requires 2 coaching sessions.

Professional Development Workshops:

I offer a wide range of professional development workshops for audiences including universities, non-profit organizations, leadership conferences, and high-schools.  My workshops and presentations are interactive and designed based on your specified needs and target audience. Cover Letter Review:

We will have an in-depth discussion on specific qualifications, tangible examples and success stories that will help build your case for the job you are applying for. This service entails a brainstorming coaching session and review of your cover letter draft. Our session will focus on identifying your key strengths, experiences and unique qualifications for the targeted position and organization. I will offer strategies to empower you to confidently write future cover letters.
